• All items are stocked locally in Australia unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days from our warehouse.

• Depending on the product, we ship in protective satchels or boxes to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Delivery is handled by trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

• Zero standard shipping costs on most items within Australia. Express post costs extra.

Returns

• Change of mind: We accept returns; however, the buyer covers return postage costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

• Faulty items: If your item arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping. Once inspected and verified, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the item is found not faulty, the buyer will be charged return postage.
  • At this stage, the buyer can choose:
    • Refund (minus the 20% restocking fee), or
    • Have the item returned back to buyer as is (buyer covers postage again).
