Do you restock sold-out items?
Generally, no. Most of our items are limited and not restocked. We focus on unique finds and exclusive deals that are only available in small quantities. If you see something you like, grab it before it’s gone!
How do I know when new items are added?
We update our inventory frequently. To stay in the loop, subscribe to our newsletter to get notified about new additions in stock and deal-of-the-week offers.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship across Australia. If you’re outside Australia and interested in something, contact us — we may be able to help.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please review our Return Policy for details.
Are your items brand new?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, all items sold on ItemStack are brand new and unused.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, apple and google pay and Shop Pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
